Growth Partners are small groups of 2-4 believers of the same gender who intentionally help one another follow Jesus more faithfully.
While larger groups provide community and encouragement, Growth Partners provide accountability, transparency, and spiritual support. These relationships are built on trust and a shared commitment to spiritual growth.
Growth Partners meet regularly to encourage one another, pray together, discuss what God is teaching them through Scripture, celebrate victories, confess struggles, and challenge one another to take their next step with Christ.
A healthy Growth Partner group is committed to:
- Reading and applying God's Word together
- Praying for one another consistently
- Encouraging spiritual disciplines and Christlike living
- Practicing honest accountability
- Supporting one another through life's challenges
- Living on mission and sharing the Gospel with others
Growth doesn't happen by accident. God often uses faithful relationships to shape us into the image of Christ. Growth Partners exist to help believers move beyond simply attending church and toward actively pursuing spiritual maturity together.
